A cute wee Caravan Site Park, Camping and Campsite in or near Carlisle, Longtown, Gretna Green, Langholm,Newcastleton, Brampton  and Hadrians Wall

Emma welcomes you to a simple wee caravan and camping site near Carlisle in Cumbria. The site only takes a maximum of 5 units, so is always relatively peaceful and quiet. Being a fairly basic wee site you can’t expect luxury but we do a have a well kept WC, washroom and hot shower as well as a washing up shed, BBQ area and campfire area. Have a look at the site photos on the “about us” page.  We are set in the wooded landscape of Netherby Estate, part of the Debatable Lands of the Scottish Borders. You’ll find us much quieter than the congested central Lake District, yet with plenty to explore. The area is covered in artefacts of its turbulent past with many tower houses and castles to visit and the Border Esk and River Liddle provide excellent fishing opportunities. Gretna Green is also close by. We lie approximately 10 miles off the M6 / M74, do come and visit as a convenient overnight stop over or for a longer sojourn in the borders.
